What We Do
Previously, people looking to lose weight wouldn’t know where to start to get all the help and information they need. They would have to seek support from a number of different places -

  • They may go to a gym to try and get fit, often on equipment not designed for weight loss or obese or unfit users.
  • They may go to a group support session, offering weekly "weigh-ins" and possibly an exercise class.
  • They may see a therapist or councilor to help them understand and control why they have unhealthy eating habits.
  • They may see a dietician to advice on what they should and should not be eating.
  • They may go to their doctor or a clinic to assess any health risks they may have before undertaking a diet or exercise.
  • They may even go to hospital for a specialist VLCD (very Low Calorie Diet) program.

Now they don’t have to. At W2 we provide an encompassing program for everyone.
How we do it
Our whole ethos is about providing and promoting a "Wellness Culture". The W2 plan incorporates everything needed for safe, effective weight loss or weight management including -
